Airline offers vaccinated customers shot to win free flights for a year

United Airlines is holding a sweepstakes offering vaccinated customer’s a chance to win free flights for a year.

Those who want to participate will have to be involved in the airline’s loyalty program and show proof of vaccination by uploading records to their app or website, United Airlines said in a statement.

The sweepstakes called “Your shot to fly” will award five winners free flights for a year’s worth of travel.

To enter customer’s will need to be MileagePlus members, airline officials said.

The event runs from now until July 1. Entries can be made on either the airline’s app or website.

Additionally, the airline will be giving away 30 pairs of tickets to randomly selected winners throughout the month of June. Those tickets will qualify winners for two round-trip tickets anywhere United flies.
