Lehigh Acres crews respond to propane grill fire

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.– Lehigh crews responded to a grill fire on Tuesday afternoon. Officials said the fire started from a propane tank on the patio of the home, off 19th Street Southwest. The flames did not spread to the house. No one was injured during the incident. Lehigh Acres Fire Control posted a reminder on their social media, cautioning people that “grills should be set up away from your home or other structures just in case something unexpected occurs”. Teen pushes bear to save dogs in viral video

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A security camera in California caught the moment a teen girl rushed to save her dogs from a potential bear attack, NBC Los Angeles reports. The now viral video shows a bear and two cubs walking along a barrier before four dogs charge the bears. California teen, Hailey Morinico, 17, ran towards the action and pushed the bear off the wall before running away carrying one dog. Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Nikki Fried has joined the governor’s race. According to the Florida Department of State, Fried filed for candidacy on June 1 for the 2022 General Election. Fried, who is a Democrat, has long been hinting at running for governor and has been one of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’ fiercest critics.
