FWC trappers have busy month wrangling gators in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla.– FWC trappers have been busy capturing gators this month.

They have caught gators on the loose and nuisance gators in different areas everyday this week. 

Trappers get calls about gators in ponds, in parking lots, in garages, on porches and in dozens of other spots. 

Once an FWC trapper catches a gator, they safely relocate it to a farm where it will be safe and away from humans.
