One dead, three missing in Florida firefighter training helicopter crash
LEESBURG, Fla. – A firefighting helicopter crashed into a marsh during a training exercise near the Leesburg Airport Tuesday afternoon, WFLA reports.
Four people were aboard the helicopter at the time of the crash around 4 p.m. One death has been confirmed and no other survivors have been located, WESH reports.
The Firefighting UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crash is currently under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration and the NTSB.
