Publix to offer walk-up COVID vaccines at Florida pharmacies

FLORIDA – Publix locations in Florida will start offering walk-up COVID-19 vaccinations starting Monday, May 10, Publix officials said.

Publix currently offers the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

Vaccines will be administered via both walk-up and scheduled appointments as supply allows. Customers who decide to receive the Moderna vaccine will automatically be given an appointment for a second dose.

Appointments can be made at publix.com/covidvaccine. Anyone 18 and older who is eligible to receive the vaccine can get it at Publix.

Publix operates over 1,200 stores across seven states, all pharmacy locations will start accepting walk-in customers Monday.
