Alligator pays Bonita Springs firefighters a visit
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – A rogue reptile stopped by Bonita Springs Fire Station 26 on Wednesday. “This charming fellow took a little tour of the firefighters’ bay and liked it so much he thought he’d stay awhile,” Bonita Springs Fire Rescue said in a Facebook post. After a call to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission [FWC], the firefighters were able to “gently encourage” the gator to return to the preserve across the steet. “See you later, alligator…,” the post read.
