LEE COUNTY, Fla. – The Naples- Fort Myers Greyhound track is being transformed before it’s demolished, and local fire crews get to use it to their benefit.
On Thursday, several fire departments from Southwest Florida were training on the grounds. Crews were in Bonita Springs to practice situations they normally don’t get to do.
The track’s main building has a lot of space and multiple floors. That gives firefighters a chance to get intense training.
