Fort Myers Beach gears up for Fourth of July firework celebration
FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. – Fort Myers Beach is gearing up for its annual Fourth of July firework celebration. According to officials with Fort Myers Beach, the show begins at 9 p.m. and is expected to last for 20 minutes. Traffic will be heavy as well as the demand for parking in the downtown, Times Square, and Pier areas. The town does have several hundred public spaces and there are some paid commercial parking lots.
