Family loses everything in Golden Gate Estates house fire

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — A fire destroyed a home in Golden Gate Estates and the family needs the community’s help to recover. The family lost everything when the raging flames engulfed their home on 6th Avenue Southeast around 11 p.m. on Friday. Two people were inside the house and got out safe, but a dog named ‘Blue’ did not make it out. The family needs donations since nothing was salvageable from the rubble. Golden Gate Estates residents fed up with mailbox vandals

GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Fla. – There’s an ongoing problem on 29th Ave SW in Golden Gate Estates: Drivers are treating homeowner’s mailboxes like piñata’s. Fire engulfs Golden Gate Estates home

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A fire fully engulfed a Golden Gate Estates home on 6th Avenue South late Friday evening. North Collier and Greater Naples Fire crews responded to the home fire. Witnesses on scene said two people made it out of the home uninjured. A dog died and another one was rescued by firefighters, according to witnesses. 3-acre brush fire sparks in Golden Gate Estates

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A 3 acre brush fire sparked on 24th Avenue near DeSoto Boulevard in Golden Gate Estates on Thursday. The Florida Forest Service and Greater Naples fire units are responding to the fire. FFS officials have confirmed it is currently 90 percent contained. Crews are working to put water on the fire. COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Fire crews have been working around the clock to put out the brush fire ravaging areas of 14th Avenue in Golden Gate Estates. Naples firefighter receive ‘thank you’ notes from residents

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.– Collier firefighters have been busy protecting their community, over the last week. A massive brush fire tore through Golden Gate estates, reaching 1,500 acres at it’s peak.
