Naples woman gets car stuck in ditch after driving on the wrong side of the road

NAPLES, Fla.– A woman drove her car into a ditch near the Shoppes of Pebblebrooke in Naples on Friday afternoon. Witnesses said the woman was driving on the wrong side of the road. When she tried to turn around, she ended up getting stuck in the mud. The driver almost hit a pole during the incident. The witness called 911 and deputies arrived to help. Elusive bear spotted roaming around Naples area

NAPLES, Fla. – A bear who first was spotted roaming around Naples Friday morning has been seen all over Collier County since. Two seriously injured in Naples crash on Pine Ridge Road

NAPLES, Fla. – Two people were seriously injured in a crash on Pine Ridge Road near I-75 in Naples Thursday evening. Florida Highway Patrol troopers said four cars were involved in the crash. The westbound inside lane is blocked, according to troopers on scene. Witnesses said two people were flown to the hospital after the crash. FHP said the crash is still under investigation. Brush fire sparks in Collier County

NAPLES, Fla. – A brush fire has ignited in Collier County. The fire started around 4 p.m. Sunday and is currently burning off of Sabal Palm Road and Sanders Boulevard in Naples, according to the Florida Forestry Service. Shooting reported at Naples mobile home park

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – Collier County deputies are responding to a shooting at a mobile home park on Dewey Court and San Marco Boulevard in Naples. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they got a call around 10 p.m. for shots fire at Southwinds Mobile Home Park. COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — First responders helped revive a 51-year-old lawn maintenance worker who nearly drowned in a Naples lake on Tuesday morning, officials said.
