Orlando International Airport welcomes first transatlantic flight since pandemic
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP)– Florida’s busiest airport has started offering transatlantic flights again for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic. A flight from Frankfurt, Germany was set to land at the Orlando International Airport on Wednesday evening. The trip will mark a return to normal travel, officials said. “It is a milestone for us here at Orlando International Airport,” said Phil Brown, CEO of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
