Teen involved in crash that killed Fort Myers HS alum has license suspended

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – A Tallahassee teen involved in a Halloween crash that killed a Fort Myers High School alum will have his license suspended for two years.

Ian Eyler, the teen involved in the crash, will also have to go through a driver improvement class and complete 120 hours of community service, according to court documents. He is not facing criminal charges.

Fort Myers High School alum Sean Shearman and Victor Pena were both killed in the crash after a Ford F-350 driving 70 mph T-boned their Kia Optima.

Shearman was attending Florida State University. Pena and Shearman were members of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity at FSU.
