According to officials with Fort Myers Beach, the show begins at 9 p.m. and is expected to last for 20 minutes. Cape Coral man thrown from car killed when vehicle flips on top of him

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A 57-year-old Cape Coral man died in a single-car crash on Diplomat Parkway east on Thursday, officials said. Officers with the Cape Coral Police Department arrived at the crash around 3:40 p.m. Humberto Munoz was speeding down Diplomat Parkway and was headed towards a curve in the road, a witness who saw the crash said. The good news is we’ve got some rain back in the forecast today.
