Officers looking for missing & endangered man in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Officers are searching for a man that went missing in Cape Coral on Monday afternoon.

Russel Andrew Devane, 31, was last seen Monday around 1:30 driving a 2013 brown Dodge Ram with Florida Handicap tag ZK15R. He is considered to be missing and endangered, officers with the Cape Coral Police Department said.

Devane is a white man, 5’11”, 165lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a heart tattoo on his right wrist and was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, red plaid pajama bottoms, and slides.
