One person ejected in two car crash at Gladiolus Drive and Winkler Road

FORT MYERS, Fla.– One person has been transported to the hospital following a crash on Gladiolus Drive and Winkler Road.

Two cars were involved in the crash on Thursday night. One passenger was ejected from the car before being transported to the hospital for treatment.

Crews from Iona-McGregor Fire responded to the scene.

The eastbound lanes of Gladiolus Drive and the southbound lanes of Winkler Road are closed while crews respond to a crash.

The lanes will be shut down for around two hours. Please avoid the area if possible.
