City of Cape Coral discussing plan to prevent blue-green algae in waterways

CAPE CORAL, Fla.– The City of Cape Coral is continuing to work on preventing blue-green algae in Cape Coral waterways. The City’s plan will reactivate the bubble curtain in the Mandolin Canal, adding additional bubble curtains in priority canals. At least 9 Fort Myers auto shops burglarized between May and June

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Nine auto dealerships and repair shops have been targeted in the West District of the City of Fort Myers between May 1 and June 1, according to police. More than 20 vehicles were burglarized and two cars were stolen.
