Crews battle 300-acre brush fire in Golden Gate Estates
COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A 300-acre brush fire is burning near Dove Tree Street in Golden Gate Estates, according to the Florida Forest Service.
Greater Naples Fire and FFS crews, and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office are all on scene as firefighters battle the blaze.
A large plume of smoke was seen in the area. Choppers are up in the air dropping water on the fire.
North Collier fire crews are also on scene assisting.
No other information was immediately available.
