Man steals credit card, spends $1,400 in Lee County stores
LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. – A man stole someone’s credit card and spent over $1,400 at a local gas station and Walmart on Wednesday.
Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said they are looking for the man involved in the credit card fraud and grant theft case.
The suspect stole the victim’s credit card at an Olive Garden in Cape Coral. Crime Stoppers said fraudulent transactions were made at RaceTrac in North Fort Myers and the Walmart on Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres.
In total, the suspect used $1,400 on the victim’s credit card, according to local investigators.
Crime Stoppers said they are looking for tips to try and find the man, who also has a tattoo on his hand.
