FORT MYERS, Fla. – Edison and Ford Winter Estates sent a 17-page letter to the City of Fort Myers to keep pedestrians safe while crossing McGregor Blvd.  “The Edison has requested several issues to be considered. CLEWISTON, Fla.– Annette Blanco made the decision seconds after she heard her name called from the stage.  At her graduation from Clewiston High School, she won her choice of either a new car or $10,000- the prizes were part of a raffle hosted by a local car dealership for students who excelled in school. NBC News — Florida’s manatees are dying at unusually high rates this year, and experts said the sustained loss of a key food source is to blame. FORT MYERS, Fla.–Fort Myers police are searching for a man who stole a 9-week-old Shih Tzu. According to officials, the man walked into the Cleveland Avenue Pet Kingdom on Saturday evening.
